The biggest issue in the homebuilding industry is the lack of communication between the builder and the customer. We don't have this problem. Every week we:
- State what we are about to do
- State what we are doing
- State what we are going to do next
Our customers are always fully aware of what steps their home is on throughout the entire building process.
Our pricing is straightforward and you will know exactly where each dollar is going throughout the whole process.
At Liahona we make fully available the background checks of the owners and our insurance policies as well. Our subcontractors get paid on time and we take every possible precaution to protect your investment. We are always upfront and transparent with our customers about what the building process entails. Our materials, timelines, prices and processes are clearly laid out for you to see.
We take great pride in doing what we say we'll do and in fixing problems as they arise. At least one of the two owners will personally be on your job site multiple times per week.
Liahona Home Builders specializes in the "build on your lot" program. Allowing us to build on a lot you already own saves you money and risk. You can learn more about this in our free eBook.
We also build no more than 10 homes per year. This enables us to:
- Maintain a one-on-one approach
- Keep our overhead and our staff size low
- Have time to personally be on your lot on a frequent basis
Mega builders are problematic because the owner is far removed from you and there's little communication. Remodelers with a pickup truck are problematic because they don't usually know what they're doing. We are just the right size to offer the right price and individualized care.
Relax. You're home.
Building a custom home is an incredibly exciting yet daunting experience! It's also one of the biggest financial decisions you'll ever make. The decision of who to build with should not be taken lightly. Choose a builder you'll feel good about, not one that sweet talks you or pressures you into signing. This decision should take time, so don't rush it. We are confident that after meeting with us and learning more about the LHB vision, you'll believe our mission of transparency, integrity, clear communication and affordability.
